Hi my name is Ciaran Martin, the developer of the Nervous Guy Program.   I am a lawyer based in Ireland with qualifications in clinical hypnotherapy and psychotherapy.   Growing up and into my early adult years, I was your typical shy guy- nervous around girls, nervous speaking in front of groups and nervous in most social situations.   Obviously this nervousness was not entirely conducive to dating success or much other success for that matter.

Driven by the need to correct this, I was finally, after a lot of trial and error, (and by a lot, I really mean a lot!) able to fix upon a cause for my problems- namely the operations of my rational mind and the suggestions that it had been accepting (from parents, social group, TV etc.).   Not only that, I was further able to develop a soundproof methodology that enabled me to undo this fear totally and completely, within a very short space of time.   A methodology so simple yet so incredibly effective!
